----------------------------------------------------------------------------
From Nov 29th onwards, there are no signs of peace and harmony to strengthen the people of Andhra Pradesh. It seems to the world that it is not a regional fight, but a bloody political fight disturbing the society. Why did the major parties like TDP and PRP state that they would support separate Telangana? When KCR was on fast, fighting for separate Telangana state and hospitalised in NIMS, all the people’s representatives from Andhra stated that they would obey the high command’s decision on this issue.
In lieu of the information provided to the Central government, by AP Chief Minister, which contained the above statement of accepting to support separate Telangana state by majority of parties, the Centre announced on 9th Dec’09, that separate Telangana state process will be initiated soon. Soon after Mr. Chidambaram announced the decision of Central government about Telangana state, almost all the MLAs, MPs, and many more leaders from Andhra submitted their resignation letters to the government.
Those people, who had stated earlier that they would obey the high command’s decision on this issue, turned their plates. Shame on the part of these people! If they are not standing on their words, how can these representatives understand their people and problems? I can say that those who cannot rule themselves have no right to rule anyone in the world. Even the major parties like TDP and PRP which supported separate Telangana state prior to the Central Govt statement on 9th Dec’09, had gone back on their decision.

After, the Central Govt announced its decision on Telangana separation, many of the people's represen-tatives started fasting. One hero among those is Mr. Lagadapati. He fasted for few days in Vijayawada and later shifted to a NRI hospital in Vijayawada. He pleaded the State Govt that he needs to be moved to NIMS, as his health was failing and the facilities in NRI hospital in Vijayawada were not enough to save him. My questions here include:

-Why does the person bother to live, when he is ready to die for a noble cause? In fact, he would be called as “Amara jeevi”, if he died for a good cause.

-If facilities in NRI hospital in Vijayawada are not proper for a political head, what about the situation of common man in this country, who shows interest in going to such hospitals?

-Moreover, if the facilities are not good in the hospital which comes under his constituency, that too in the hospital which is the city like Vijayawada, what about the facilities provided in the different Govt and private hospitals in and around his constituency?

-What is the reason that he escaped from hospital in the night around 10 p.m.?

-Why did the Govt fail to chase him and catch hold of him in the time gap of 15hrs after he escaped?

-Why not the Govt place police groups near check posts in all the possible road ways from Vijayawada to Hyderabad to nab him?

-If a political head is not caught by police within15hrs, what about the missing people records that lie with people?

-Ooops………No hopes!!! Who accompanied Lagadapati during those 15hrs?

-Did he continue his fast in the missing hours? No doubts………!!!

-Why did he run like an athlete in the race to win a medal?

-Why did he look back and laugh at the media who caught him on video?

-Can a person who was on fast for more than 5 days and was travelling for 15hrs, run in such a way?

And now, my questions to the Central Government are:

- Why did not the Central Govt hold discussions with all the political parties prior to making a statement on Dec 9th?
 - Why did not it strongly ask for the reason from political parties, which changed their voice after Chidambaram’s statement?

- Even, the leaders in Central Govt could not take proper decisions at very critical time. Unclear statement made by Central Home Minister falls way short of expectations. All these statements from 29th November till date by different political leads except very few, only reflect their love for political position, their constituency and their properties, but not on the people, their welfare and development.

Conduct ACB raid on all the political leads, and then people in the whole country will know their other side. I just want to convey a simple message: “Political heads who are in the race of having united AP should behave unitedly”. In a single party, we hear different voices…Don’t be like a cat on the wall! Those who dare...Win. Everyone should try to fill loopholes rather than covering them. Lest, u may be the one who may one day fall into it....

I agree 100% with the views of the writer. It is high time, the politicians behave. They say something now and change next moment. So far no one one found cure for this "oosaravelli" disease of these high-profile people. It is time the people with their vote only can cure from now on. If they do not change, days are not far, even general public might treat them like OU campus thing. My request to people who do not know much on the subject and casually comment is to please read, at least a cursory look, this post (for info on this topic only). http://telangananaadi.blogspot.com/2009/12/telangana-movement-demand-for-separate.html It may now please be understood that the people are party to the movement not because of what political leaders are saying. They are informed and know who is telling the truth and what is happening around, thanks to the media. And the people are dictating terms. When the JAC (OU Students) demanded that the T Bill be placed in Parl. before 10.10.09 or else they will march to Assembly, there was a flurry of activity at all levels, and we all know the statement of HM on the night of 9.9.09 on T. It was a RANG DE BASANTI climax (happy ending). But the producers, directors of this political game, have not yet learned the FULL LESSON. Another sccene in OU campus and thee harried and beleagured LEADERS are now a totally confused lot and QUIT THEIR POSTS. Anyway, LIKE ALL GOOD THINGS COMING TO AN END, THE BAD AND CROOKED AND UGLY THINGS WILL ALSO COME TO AN END.

People are being misled by the politicians who are instigating feelings of unrest and division for their own gain in the party and to quench their thirst for power. In the end the GULTS "telugus" pronounced backwards will truly become backward by becoming a divided state. Telangana region will suffer even more with a constant HUNG Assembly scenarios than the current Jharkhand situation, paving a highway for the MAOISTS to rule roost and run a parallel government which will eventually drive out the service industry - the major source of revenue in the region after coal out of the state into Karnataka, Tamilnadu and Vizag in Coastal Andhra. This will deprive of any true progress that the Telangana people deserve. They will also lose out on the potential to share the revenues from the oil and gas finds in the KG basin and resulting prosperity that the KG basin region will see in the next 5 to 10 years. Hopefully the people in Telanagana will once again say no to division of the state as they returned a verdict against TRS in the last polls where the party won by a meager margins and could not even match TDP nor win more than two MP seats. This is a party with a leader struggling for identity and survival. Should the split happen, the GULTS will replace the sardar as the staple fodder for jokes in India.

I do not blame the Congress & do not concider that they have gone back on their promise. No political party would like to divide AP except TRS who have vested interest & BJP who have no represention at all. The main political parties like Cong, TDP & PRP have gone back on their initial veiws. Telaganna struggle is NOT true and I hope it will never come out to be a separata state, never.
